VORAFORCE™ 6300

VORAFORCE™ 6300 by Dow Chemical is a low viscosity, non-toxic, ultra fast cure epoxy composite resin. It reduces filling pressure, weight and clamp force. Exhibits internal mold release, short infusion times, excellent flow and excellent fiber wetting. Provides excellent mechanical properties, good moisture & chemical resistance and high glass-transition temperatures. Offers <60 seconds molding cycle time, good stability and durability. Can be processed by high-pressure resin transfer molding (RTM) or wet compression molding. VORAFORCE™ 6300 is designed for carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforced composite parts. It is formulated to prevent undesirable corrosion of processing equipment. Complies with REACH 2015 regulation.
