NEOFLON EFEP RP-5000AS by Daikin is a conductive copolymer of ETFE with additional third monomer. It is a terpolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, ethylene, and hexafluoropropylene. It imparts good chemical resistance, low melting point and excellent processability. It shows hot melt adhesion to other plastics such as polyamide (PA) with its reactive group. It can be processed by co-extrusion, injection and compression molding. NEOFLON EFEP RP-5000AS is recommended for laminated product such as multi-layer tube and film with EVOH. It is used in automotive, oil & gas, chemical treatment and semiconductors industries. It is suitable for automotive fuel line (low permeation), fuel tubes & chemical tubes and clear blow molded containers.
