PURAPOL L130 by Corbion is a crystalline, odorless, water insoluble, bio-based polylactic acid (PLA) homopolymer grade derived from natural resources. Offers significant reduction in carbon footprint compared to oil-based plastics. Exhibits high heat properties, medium flow, high temperature resistance, high melting point and increased rate of crystallization. It can be processed by injection molding. PURAPOL L130 is recommended for the production of fiber spinning and semi-crystalline parts. Complies with EU commission regulation 10/2011, Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, EN13432 and REACH. PURAPOL D070 by Corbion is a crystalline, odorless, water insoluble, bio-based PLA homopolymer grade derived from natural resources. It is recommended to include 3-7% nucleating agent in formulations containing PLA homopolymers for crystalline resins. Offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint compared to oil-based plastics. Offers range of melt viscosities and deliver improved heat resistance, excellent mechanical properties and a reduced processing cycle time over standard PLA. Can be used as neat resin or as part of a compound in order to further optimize overall material properties. PURAPOL D070 is suitable for food contact applications. Complies with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), Regulation (EC) No. 453/2010 and Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. PURAPOL L175 by Corbion is an odorless, water insoluble, biobased polylactic acid (PLA) homopolymer grade derived from natural resources. Offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint compared to oil-based plastics. Exhibits high heat properties and high viscosity. Compared to standard PLA, this grade has higher melting points and an increased rate of crystallization. It can be processed using film extrusion and thermoforming. For processing, it is recommended to pre-dry the resin. PURAPOL L175 is recommended for fiber spinning, biaxially-oriented films, cold cups and semi-crystalline parts, which exhibit a higher temperature resistance. Complies with EU commission regulation 10/2011, Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, EN13432 and REACH. PURAPOL LX175 by Corbion is a crystalline, odorless, transparent, amorphous, water insoluble, bio-based polylactic acid (PLA) polymer grade derived from natural resources. Offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint compared to oil-based plastics. Exhibits high viscosity and low flow. It can be processed using film extrusion and thermoforming. PURAPOL LX175 is recommended for fiber spinning, biaxially-oriented films and cold cups. Complies with EU commission regulation 10/2011, Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, EN13432 and REACH. PURAPOL L105 by Corbion is a crystalline, water insoluble, bio-based polylactic acid (PLA) homopolymer grade derived from natural resources. Offers a significant reduction in carbon footprint compared to oil-based plastics. Exhibits high heat properties and high flow. Compared to standard PLA, this grade has higher melting point and an increased rate of crystallization. It can be processed using injection molding. For processing, it is recommended to pre-dry the resin and screw speed should be kept as slow as possible. PURAPOL L105 is recommended for fiber spinning, semi-crystalline parts which exhibit a higher temperature resistance. Complies with EU commission regulation 10/2011, Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, EN13432 and REACH.
