Tefzel™ ETFE 2195 can be processed by rotational molding. Used in pump housings, vessels, columns, elbows, tees and pipe sections with unusual shapes. Complies with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations. Tefzel™ ETFE 280 by Chemours is an ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) fluoroplastic grade. Exhibits chemical inertness, low flow rate and enhanced flex life. Possesses good toughness, high impact strength, good dielectric properties and hydrolytic stability. Provides stress-, abrasion and weather resistance. Tefzel™ ETFE 280 can be processed by melt extrusion and injection, compression, transfer and blow molding. Used in chemical applications such as lined valves and fittings, pump housings, impellers, column packing, linings, high temperature electrical components and insulation, fasteners, corrugated tubing, duct and films. Complies with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations. Tefzel™ ETFE 207 by Chemours is ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) fluoroplastic grade with high flow. Provides good toughness, high impact strength, good dielectric properties and hydrolytic stability. Exhibits chemical inertness, high speed processing, abrasion- and weather resistance. Used in electrical components such as sleeving, coil forms, sockets, connectors, switches and lab ware. Other applications include valves, containers, dishes, battery, instrument components and seal glands. Suitable for pipe plugs, corrugated tubing and film.
