Teflon™ PTFE 7A X by Chemours is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade. For big moldings like billets that need the best possible mechanical and electrical qualities, it is advised. It has a high bulk density, good dielectric characteristics, anti-stick surface, and moderate stiffness. It demonstrates great elongation, low friction, and chemical inertness. It offers resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and fire. It can be treated by preforming and sintering and is temperature and frequency stable. Skived film and sheet, gaskets, packings, mechanical seals, shaft bearings, bridge or pipeline bearing pads, electrical insulators, piston rings, expansion bellows, diaphragms, and chemical linings all use Teflon™ PTFE 7A X. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations. Teflon™ PTFE DISP 30 by Chemours is a general purpose polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. It is stabilized with non-ionic surfactant and exhibits excellent dielectric properties, excellent chemical and solvent inertness.<br>

It possesses good dielectric and non-stick properties and good toughness. It exhibits chemical inertness, good flexibility, low coefficient of friction and negligible water absorption. It offers good heat-, creep-, high temperature-, corrosion-, permeation- and weather-resistance. Teflon™ PTFE NXT 75 is suitable for processing by compression molding, preforming and sintering. It is used in seal rings, valve seats, bearing pads and lining applications that require welding to other fluoroplastics such as PFA and standard PTFE such as fluid-handling systems. It meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations. It can qualify for use in contact with food in compliance with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1550. Teflon™ AF 2400 by Chemours is an amorphous fluoropolymer grade. Possesses good electrical properties, low thermal conductivity, good mechanical strength and surface finish. Exhibits high compressability, gas permeability, rigidity and low mold shrinkage. <br>

It exhibits ultra-high thermal resistance, dielectric properties, excellent chemical resistance, high stress crack resistance, ease of processing and easy flow. It possesses high melt-flow rate, low viscosity and good MIT flex life. It can be molded into intricate thin-wall parts in a more efficient manner as compared to other fluoropolymers. It is processed by melt extrusion and by injection, compression, and transfer molding processes. Used for insulation of ultra-fine wire, cable and intricate electronic parts, like used in mobile telephones, medical sensor wires, micro coaxial cables, and wireless antenna applications in headsets, laptops and smart phones. Teflon™ PFA 416HP complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, UL-94 (V0) flame rating and European Regulation (EU) No 10/2011. Teflon™ PFA 450HP by Chemours is perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluoroplastic premium grade by Chemours. Exhibits low extractables, high melt strength, toughness, low coefficient of friction, good dielectric and non-stick properties. Designed to meet ultra-high purity requirements. Also exhibits low smoke & moisture absorption, good flexibility, low melt flow rate and low flammability. Provides chemical inertness, thermal stability, good heat-, stress cracking-, ignition- and weather resistance. Used in tubing, chemical linings for pipes, valves & fittings, semiconductor and fluid handling components. Teflon™ PFA 450HP can be processed by melt extrusion, injection, compression, transfer and blow molding. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. Teflon™ PFA 451HP by Chemours is perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluoroplastic premium resin. Exhibits high melt strength & toughness, low coefficient of friction, exceptional dielectric & non-stick properties, good surface finish and thermal stability.<br>

It possesses moderate stiffness, high ultimate elongation and excellent ignition resistance. Teflon™ FEP 9819FL provides excellent weather and chemical resistance. Teflon™ PTFE 60 X is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade by Chemours. It possesses moderate stiffness, good toughness, dielectric & non-stick properties, thermal stability and low density. Exhibits chemical inertness, good flexibility, low friction & moisture absorption and high elongation. Offers high temperature-, corrosion and weather resistance. Teflon™ PTFE 60 X is stable with frequency & temperature. It is suitable for processing by paste extrusion using liquid processing aid like naphtha. It is used in sealing material, tape for wire & cable insulation, beading, tubing and wire coatings. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations. Teflon™ FEP 9898 by Chemours is tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene (FEP) copolymer without additives. It is a melt-processable fluoroplastic resin that provides good dielectric & non-aging properties, good toughness, low coefficient of friction and moisture absorption. Exhibits low flammability, good flexibility, low smoke, chemical inertness & high weather-, water and ignition resistance. Teflon™ FEP 9898 is suitable for processing by melt extrusion & injection-, compression- and transfer molding. Used in small diameter, thin wall wire & cable insulation and industrial film. Meets the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 2010/15 PFOA regulations and ASTM D 2116 type II.
