ZENITE® 15115 by Celanese is a heat stabilized, high flow 15% glass filled liquid crystal polymer (LCP) resin with high temperature capability, excellent balance of properties and processability. ZENITE® 15115 is suitable for processing by injection molding. ZENITE® 6140L BK020 BLACK by Celanese is a halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline, lubricated LCP (liquid crystal polymer) grade filled with 40% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent impact resistance, excellent heat deflection temperature, very close tolerance (up to tolerance class T6), very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus and very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics). It can be processed using flash-free injection molding. ZENITE® 6140L BK020 BLACK is suitable for stable (precise) dimensions, high-temperature performance in eco-friendly thin-walled applications. ZENITE® SEA20N by Celanese is a halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline LCP (liquid crystal polymer) grade reinforced with 40% mineral. Exhibits very close tolerance (up to tolerance class T6), very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus, very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics), good impact resistance and excellent temperature resistance. Offers excellent surface appearance, low warpage, and excellent dimensional stability. It can be processed using flash-free injection molding. ZENITE® SEA20N by Celanese is suitable for stable (precise) dimensions, high-temperature performance in eco-friendly thin-walled applications. Applications include compact camera module, and other thin, small electronic parts. VANDAR® 8000 MD3060 BLACK is a black colored polybutylene terephthalate alloy) [PBT] with excellent moldability and surface finish. Exhibits high ductility, low moisture absorption, good stiffness and high abrasion resistance as well as excellent chemical- & thermal- resistance. Has high impact resistance & notched impact strength at low temperatures while retaining strength and stiffness. Possesses good processability & paintability as well as resistance to organic solvents, fuels, lubricants and brake fluids. Prevents creeping & sagging at much higher temperatures. Is suitable for processing by injection molding and film extrusion. Complies with RoHS and UL94 V-0 requirements.

Exhibits high ductility, low moisture absorption, good stiffness and high abrasion resistance as well as excellent chemical- & thermal- resistance. Has high impact resistance & notched impact strength at low temperatures while retaining strength and stiffness. It exhibits low dielectric constant (Dk), excellent flow characteristics, mechanical strength and high temperature resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. ZENITE® 251 is recommended in electronics applications for thin walls.
