ZENITE® SEA20N by Celanese is a halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline LCP (liquid crystal polymer) grade reinforced with 40% mineral. Exhibits very close tolerance (up to tolerance class T6), very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus, very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics), good impact resistance and excellent temperature resistance. Offers excellent surface appearance, low warpage, and excellent dimensional stability. It can be processed using flash-free injection molding. ZENITE® SEA20N by Celanese is suitable for stable (precise) dimensions, high-temperature performance in eco-friendly thin-walled applications. Applications include compact camera module, and other thin, small electronic parts.
