ZENITE® 5130L by Celanese is a halogen-free, high performance, highly crystalline LCP (liquid crystal polymer) grade filled with 30% glass. Exhibits improved toughness, very close tolerance (up to tolerance class T6), very low heat of fusion (short cycle times possible), very high tensile strength & tensile modulus and very low coefficient of thermal expansion (comparable with that of steel & ceramics). It can be processed using flash-free injection molding. It is suitable for stable (precise) dimensions, high-temperature performance in eco-friendly thin-walled applications. ZENITE® 5130L is applicable for aerospace, defense, automotive, transportation, buildings, construction, consumer goods, electricals, electronics, energy, fluid handling and industrial markets.
