Fortron® PPS FX75T1 R by Celanese is a polyphenylene sulfide grade. It provides a flawless surface finish, enhanced mechanical strength, excellent heat and chemical resistance for high pressure pipes and cooling tubes in electric vehicles. Fortron® PPS FX75T1 R is recommended for automotive applications. FORTRON® 6160B4 SD3002 BLACK by Celanese is a linear, semi-crystalline, flame retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with mineral and glass fiber. Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials. Provides high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, low shrinkage, excellent mechanical and good electrical properties, creep resistance at high temperatures, high continuous use temperature (160°C to 240°C) and very low moisture absorption. Offers high hardness, rigidity and excellent resistance to corrosion, hydrolysis, oxidation, heat and paraffin buildup. Exhibits excellent performance in hot runner systems and superior contact corrosion resistance. Shows excellent chemical resistance to all solvents below 200°C, acids, bases, typical and alternative automotive fuels and petroleum fluids at elevated temperatures. Is processed by injection molding. FORTRON® 6160B4 SD3002 BLACK is suitable for lead-free soldering and metal replacement applications. Used in electronic components such as molded in lead frames, contacts or pins. Complies with RoHS, PFOS and PFOA regulations. FORTRON® 4332L6 SF3001 NATURAL by Celanese is a linear, semi-crystalline polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with glass and mineral fiber. Is relatively impermeable to gases, hydrocarbons and other liquids compared to other materials.
