It possesses excellent balanced mechanical properties, easy processability, good dimensional stability, excellent surface appearance and low thermal expansion. It is designed for processing by injection molding. Daplen™ EH340AE is suitable for wheel arch & side trims, front grills, rocker panels and automotive exterior applications. It has low to medium back pressure and screw speed. Daplen™ EH227AE by Borealis is a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), reinforced with 20% filler. Exhibits low density, light weight, balanced stiffness & impact performance, low cost manufacturing and higher mechanical properties. Shows thermal expansion, improved flowability, reduced cycle time, good processability, enhanced sustainability and color harmony. Offers weatherability, paint adhesion, class-A surface and scratch resistance. Daplen™ EH227AE is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive rocker panels and exterior trims. Daplen™ EF267AIB by Borealis is a recyclable, polypropylene-based thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer filled with 20% mineral. It possesses very good scratch resistance, good impact strength and excellent stiffness. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Daplen™ EF267AIB is recommended for automotive applications such as dashboards, center consoles, door panels and pockets. It has medium injection speed and its holding pressure is 50-70% of injection pressure. Daplen™ ED117AE by Borealis is a recyclable, elastomer modified polypropylene (PP) grade reinforced with 10% mineral. Exhibits easy processability, excellent balanced mechanical properties, good surface quality and outstanding paint adhesion. Provides low expansion over broad temperature and excellent performance in steam jet test. Designed for processing by injection molding. Daplen™ ED117AE is recommended in bumpers and automotive exterior part applications. Daplen™ EG066AIB by Borealis is a recyclable copolymer of polypropylene (PP) grade. It offers good balance between stiffness and impact resistance. It is designed for processing by injection molding with low injection speed. Daplen™ EG066AIB is recommended for automotive applications such as interior trims, door panels and pockets. Its holding pressure is 50-70% of injection pressure. Daplen™ EE340AEB by Borealis is a 30% mineral filled, recyclable, polypropylene-based thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer. It exhibits excellent stiffness-impact balance, good UV stability, good flowability and good surface finish. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Daplen™ EE340AEB is recommended for automotive exterior parts such as bumpers and exterior trims. Its holding pressure is 50-70% of injection pressure and has medium injection speed. Daplen™ EE342AEB by Borealis is a recyclable and 33% mineral reinforced polypropylene (PP) grade. It exhibits good UV stability and good stiffness-impact balance at ambient temperatures. It is designed for processing by injection molding. Its holding pressure is 50-70% of injection pressure and has medium injection speed. Daplen™ EE342AEB is highly recommended for automotive industry. Daplen™ EH104AEB by Borealis is a 12% mineral filled, impact modified polypropylene (PP) grade with recycling ability. It exhibits excellent balance in stiffness, excellent impact resistance, high melt flow, UV stability, good scratch resistance and excellent surface appearance. It can be processed by injection molding with low to medium injection speed. Daplen™ EH104AEB is suitable for automotive exterior parts such as bumpers and exterior trims. Its holding pressure is 50-70% of injection pressure. Daplen™ EH346AEB by Borealis is a recyclable, 30% mineral reinforced polypropylene (PP) grade. Its holding pressure is 50-70% of its injection pressure. Daplen™ ED230HP by Borealis is a cost efficient thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) grade reinforced with 20% filler. Exhibits low density, low weight, balanced stiffness & impact performance and high mechanical properties. Also exhibits good thermal expansion, improved flowability, reduced cycle time, good processability, enhanced sustainability and color harmony.
