Daplen™ ED230HP by Borealis is a cost efficient thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) grade reinforced with 20% filler. Exhibits low density, low weight, balanced stiffness & impact performance and high mechanical properties. Also exhibits good thermal expansion, improved flowability, reduced cycle time, good processability, enhanced sustainability and color harmony. Offers weatherability, paint adhesion, class-A surface and scratch resistance. Daplen™ ED230HP is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive bumpers, body & rocker panels, tailgates and trims.
