Daplen™ EH104AEB by Borealis is a 12% mineral filled, impact modified polypropylene (PP) grade with recycling ability. It exhibits excellent balance in stiffness, excellent impact resistance, high melt flow, UV stability, good scratch resistance and excellent surface appearance. It can be processed by injection molding with low to medium injection speed. Daplen™ EH104AEB is suitable for automotive exterior parts such as bumpers and exterior trims. Its holding pressure is 50-70% of injection pressure.
