Kynar Flex® LBG 2600 by Arkema is a polyvinlylidene fluoride (PVDF) grade. Exhibits mechanical integrity, electrolyte wettability, and outstanding thermal dimensional stability. Kynar Flex® LBG 2600 improves manufacturing efficiency, enabling lower-temperature assembly. It is designed for use in lithium ion battery binder and lithium ion battery separator coating. Kynar Flex® 2801-00 by Arkema is a light & heat stabilized polyvinlylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer grade. It exhibits chemical resistance and outstanding resistance to UV exposure. It offers extremely high purity & barrier properties, good mechanical and thermo-mechanical properties. It exhibits excellent abrasion and radiation resistance. It is recommended for corrosion protection in chemical coating (painting), off shore, performance wire and plenum cable. It can be used as an additive in linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) to improve extrusion rate. It is also used in biopharma membranes, chemical & general industry, renewable energy, lithium ion battery separator coating and water filtration membranes. Kynar Flex® 2801-00 complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating. Kynar Flex® 2751-00 by Arkema is a polyvinlylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer grade. It exhibits maximum flexibility and impact strength. It offers chemical resistance, imperviousness to UV, high purity and barrier properties. Kynar Flex® 2751-00 is recommended for flexible tubing, corrosion protection in chemical industry, coating (painting), off shore and wire and cable. Used in renewable energy, lithium ion battery binder and lithium ion battery separator coating. Kynar Flex® Ultraflex B by Arkema is a highly flexible polyvinlylidene fluoride (PVDF) grade. It is a semi-crystalline copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. It exhibits high flexibility, toughness, weatherability and solution properties. Kynar Flex® Ultraflex B is used in chemical process industry, tubing and hoses. Kynar Flex® PPA 5300 by Arkema is polyvinlylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer. It is suitable for processing by film- and sheet extrusion. It reduces extruder pressure & die build up and improves surface finish & gauge control at 200-1000 ppm levels. Kynar Flex® PPA 5300 ?is used as polymer process aid (PPA) for polyolefins in chemical and general industry. Kynar Flex® LBG8200 by Arkema is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. It brings a high level of adhesion between the separator and the battery electrodes. This grade displays fast dissolution in typical solvents and high molecular weight. It is processed by casting and coating. Kynar Flex® 3030-50 by Arkema is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. It displays excellent crosslink efficiency, very high flexibility, high melting point and excellent low temperature impact resistance. It is processed by profile extrusion. Kynar Flex® 3030-50 is designed for cable, tubing and heat shrink tubing applications. Kynar Flex® PPA 5301 by Arkema is a fluorinated thermoplastic copolymer. It is processed by film- & sheet extrusion. It reduces extruder pressure, improves surface finish, reduces die build up and improves gauge control. Kynar Flex® 2850-02 by Arkema is a self-extinguishing, fluorinated thermoplastic copolymer with excellent thermal stability. This grade possesses excellent physical, mechanical, thermal and flame-resistant characteristics. It displays excellent abrasion resistance and extremely low smoke emission characteristics. It is designed for use in wire and cable constructions. Kynar Flex® 2850-02 is suitable for pipe, wire jacketing, conduits and in injection molded parts. Kynar Flex® LBG2200LX by Arkema is a high performance, lithium-ion battery grade latex of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene. It possesses high solid content and very stable latex.
