Pebax® 4533 SA 01 by Arkema is a polyether block amide grade made up of flexible polyether and rigid polyamide. It can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. Main applications of Pebax® 4533 SA 01 by Arkema include food uses, flexible injected parts, silent gears and TPU processing aid. Pebax® 5533 SP 01 by Arkema is a platable polyether block amide grade. It is a heat-, light- and UV stabilized grade. Designed for thermoforming, casting, transfer- and injection molding, film- and profile extrusion applications. Pebax® 5533 SP 01 is recommended for manufacturing of athletic foot wear components, ski shoes and high performance power transmission belts. Complies with UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Can be used in moisturized conditions. Pebax® 5533 SA 01 by Arkema is a heat-stabilized, polyether block amide grade made up of flexible polyether and rigid polyamide. It is suitable for processing by injection molding method. It is recommended for manufacturing of flexible injected parts, absorption and controlled release of volatile molecules such as fragrances, oils and insecticides. Pebax® 2533 SA 01 has a shelf life of 2 years. Pebax® 3533 SA 01 by Arkema is a heat-stabilized, polyether block amide (PEBA) grade containing lubricants. It is specially designed to food uses. Suitable for processing extrusion and injection molding. Pebax® 3533 SA 01 is recommended for chemical- and general industry, nylon film modification, permanent antistatic solutions as well as electronics- and electrical accessories. The shelf life is 2 years. Pebax® 4033 SP 01 by Arkema is a platable polyether block amide grade. It is a heat-, light- and UV stabilized grade. Designed for thermoforming, casting, transfer- and injection molding, film- and profile extrusion applications. Pebax® 4033 SP 01 is recommended for production of flexible injected parts, high performance power transmission belts and silent gears. Complies with UL 94 HB Flame Rating. Can be used in moisturized conditions. Pebax® ES 9002 UV by Arkema is a general purpose, polyether block amide. It is designed for coating metal parts, where high friction, noise reduction or very high flexibility are required. This grade can be applied by conventional electrostatic spraying process. Pebax® ES 9002 UV is processed by coating and fluidized bed dipping. Recommended for automotive & transportation. The shelf life of this product is 2 years. Pebax® MH 1657 by Arkema is an anti-static, heat-stabilized, polyether block amide grade. This thermoplastic elastomer is made of flexible polyether and rigid polyamide. It can be dry blended or compounded with an isolative polymer to lower the surface resistivity of the final part. This hydrophilic & inherently dissipative polymer offers excellent permeability to moisture vapor while remaining waterproof when extruded into a thin film or laminated. It is processed by thermoforming, casting, transfer- and injection molding, film- and profile extrusion. Pebax® MH 1657 is used as permanent antistatic additive and for breathable membrane applications. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
