Apcoflex® N200 by Apcotex Industries is a cold polymerized, medium high viscosity copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber. It contains 33% bound acrylonitrile content and non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits excellent thermal, abrasion and oil resistance properties. Apcoflex® N200 is recommended for applications in the manufacture of printing & industrial rollers and hoses. Its shelf life is of 24 months. Apcoflex® N747 by Apcotex Industries is a high viscosity, cold polymerized copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber. It contains 33% bound acrylonitrile and non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits high processability, good physical properties, excellent abrasion resistance, good thermal resistance and excellent fuel resistance. Apcoflex® N747 is designed for processing by extrusion. It is suitable for mounded rubber goods, hoses, calendered sheets and belts. Its shelf life is of 24 months. Apcoflex® P615C by Apcotex Industries is a linear, medium viscosity nitrile butadiene rubber. It contains 33% bound acrylonitrile content. It is partitioned with Calcium Carbonate. It can be processed by injection molding and extrusion. Apcoflex® P615C is recommended for footwear, joining sheets, adhesives and friction materials. It is used for the modification of plasticized PVC in extruded profiles. Its shelf life is of 12 months. Apcoflex® P3880 4C by Apcotex Industries is a high viscosity, crosslinked nitrile butadiene rubber. It contains 40% bound acrylonitrile content. It is partitioned with Calcium Carbonate. It exhibits good flexibility, low temperature properties, excellent oil resistance and good solvent resistance. It possesses good flexibility, excellent abrasion resistance and noise damping properties. Apcoflex® P3880 4C is designed for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is recommended for gaskets, joining sheets, brake liners, brake pads in automotive and railways. Its shelf life is 12 months. Apcoflex® N388 by Apcotex Industries is a very high viscosity, cold polymerized copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber. It contains 40% bound acrylonitrile content and non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits excellent oil & fuel resistance, good thermal resistance and excellent physical properties. Apcoflex® N388 is suitable for manufacturing of joining sheets sponge and expanded rubber goods. Its shelf life is of 24 months. Apcoflex® NVC P55E by Apcotex Industries is a blend of NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride). It contains medium acrylonitrile content and non-staining stabilizer. It exhibits excellent oil, fuel, thermal, ozone and environmental resistance. It also possesses low viscosity and good flow properties. Apcoflex® NVC P55E is designed for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is recommended for manufacturing of automotive and industrial products as well as fire hoses. Its shelf life is of 24 months. It is free from DOP and heavy metals. Apcoflex® N687 by Apcotex Industries is a high viscosity, cold polymerized copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber. It contains 33% bound acrylonitrile content and non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits good physicals properties and high green strength. It is designed for processing by extrusion and calendaring. Apcoflex® N687 is suitable for joining sheets and hoses. Its shelf life is of 24 months. Apcoflex® N287 by Apcotex Industries is a cold polymerized, high viscosity copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber. It contains 28% bound acrylonitrile content and non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits excellent low temperature flexibility, good oil resistance, good compression set resistance and excellent processability. Apcoflex® N287 is suitable in the manufacturing of hydraulic, automotive hoses, footwear and automotive molded goods. Its shelf life is of 24 months. Apcoflex® NVC273E by Apcotex Industries is a blend of NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride). It contains non-staining stabilizer and comes in sheet form. It exhibits high viscosity, low temperature properties and excellent ozone & environmental resistance. It possesses excellent oil, fuel and thermal resistance. Apcoflex® NVC273E is designed for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is suitable for hoses, automotive, rubber and industrial goods. Its shelf life is of 24 months. It is free from DOP and heavy metals. Apcoflex® NX146 by Apcotex Industries is a cold polymerized copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber modified with carboxylic acid. It contains 32% bound acrylonitrile content and non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits excellent tensile, abrasion properties. It possesses excellent wear resistance. Apcoflex® NX146 is designed for processing by compounding. It is recommended for manufacturing of textile cots & aprons, rubber rollers, conveyor belts, hose covers, oil well drilling parts and footwear. Its shelf life is 24 months.
