Apcotex Industries, founded in 1980 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, develops polymer solutions for plastics applications. Its portfolio includes thermoplastic elastomer compounds, polymer-modified adhesives, and acrylic polymer emulsions for lamination. Specialty products cover synthetic rubber, synthetic latex, emulsion polymers, VP latex, NBR latex, NBR, SB latex, HSR, PNBR, pure acrylic latex, styrene acrylic latex, and NBR-PVC polyblend. Apcotex® TY100

Apcotex® TY100 by Apcotex Industries is a copolymer of styrene butadiene rubber. It is compatible with vinyl pyridine latex and synthetic anionic emulsifying system. It exhibits excellent mechanical & chemical stability for trouble free dipping process. Offers excellent gloss development, good wet pick resistance, excellent film strength, reduces dipped cord stiffness and good tackiness properties. Apcotex® TY100 is manufactured by emulsion polymerization. It is suitable for dipping of fabric for tire cord, V-belts, conveyor belts and textile finishing. It has a shelf life of 6 months.

Apcoflex® P3880 4C

Apcoflex® P3880 4C by Apcotex Industries is a high viscosity, crosslinked nitrile butadiene rubber. It contains 40% bound acrylonitrile content. It is partitioned with Calcium Carbonate. It exhibits good flexibility, low temperature properties, excellent oil resistance and good solvent resistance. It possesses good flexibility, excellent abrasion resistance and noise damping properties. Apcoflex® P3880 4C is designed for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is recommended for gaskets, joining sheets, brake liners, brake pads in automotive and railways. Its shelf life is 12 months.

Apcoflex® N747

Apcoflex® N747 by Apcotex Industries is a high viscosity, cold polymerized copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene rubber. It contains 33% bound acrylonitrile and non-staining antioxidant. It exhibits high processability, good physical properties, excellent abrasion resistance, good thermal resistance and excellent fuel resistance. Apcoflex® N747 is designed for processing by extrusion. It is suitable for mounded rubber goods, hoses, calendered sheets and belts. Its shelf life is of 24 months.
