Apcoflex® NVC P55E by Apcotex Industries is a blend of NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride). It contains medium acrylonitrile content and non-staining stabilizer. It exhibits excellent oil, fuel, thermal, ozone and environmental resistance. It also possesses low viscosity and good flow properties. Apcoflex® NVC P55E is designed for processing by injection molding and extrusion. It is recommended for manufacturing of automotive and industrial products as well as fire hoses. Its shelf life is of 24 months. It is free from DOP and heavy metals.
