3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic THV 500GZ by 3M is a melt-processable fluorothermoplastic containing tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene and vinylidene fluoride. It shows good chemical resistance, low temperature processability, optical clarity and light transmission. Provides high transparency, high flexibility, bondability to itself and other substrates (for multi-layer constructions), low flammability, excellent performance with respect to dynamic testing and permeation resistance to fuels. Possesses excellent weatherability, thermal stability, UV stability, good anti-soiling properties and low refractive index. 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic THV 500GZ is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Processing profile allows co-processing with olefinic plastics and hydrocarbon elastomers. Used in extruded films, tubes, profiles, wire coatings and as a barrier layer in automotive fuel hoses and seals in chemical containment to protective layers in photovoltaic backsheets.

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PVDF 110080001 by 3M-Dyneon is a polyvinlylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer made from vinylidene fluoride (VF2) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP). It is suitable for processing by melt extrusion techniques and injection molding for smooth surface parts. It is ideal for high speed extrusion. It exhibits high abrasion-, heat aging-, chemical-, solvent-, flame and smoke resistance and resistance to UV and nuclear radiation. It possesses excellent dimensional stability, improved flexibility over PVDF homopolymer, high strength, toughness, smooth or anti-fouling surface, excellent weatherability and low permeability to most gases and liquids. It allows long term use of temperatures up to 150°C. It is used in chemical processing, wire and cable, electronics like semiconductor, automotive, building, food processing, pharmaceutical, battery applications and in oil & gas industries. 3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PVDF 110080001 is recommended for plenum rating jacketing and tubes with UL 150°C rating in numerous cable constructions and fiber raceway designs.
