ELASTOSIL® R 420/60 by Wacker is a high transparency, tear resistant, high consistency silicone rubber. It is cured with 1.5% E (10 min/135°C), 0.7% C1 (15 min/165°C) and 1.2% C6 (15 min/165°C) curing agents. It is suitable for processing by calendering, extrusion and compression, transfer & injection molding. ELASTOSIL® R 420/60 is used in cables, exhaust-pipe hangers, membranes and extruded & molded parts of automotive, water & food contact and technical applications. Meets BfR and FDA 177.2600 regulation.
