VICTREX™ HT™ G45 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance unreinforced polyetherketone (PEK) grade. Exhibits good ductility at higher temperatures, high strength, stiffness and low flow. Offers low coefficient of friction, low coefficient of thermal expansion and excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. Shows good chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts and oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum and titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in sterilisation for medical and food contact applications. VICTREX™ HT™ G45 complies with FDA.
