Monprene® CP-10140

Monprene® CP-10140 by Teknor Apex is a low density thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade with a light hue in natural form. It is recyclable either from process regrind or post-consumer waste. Exhibits good physical properties, excellent moldability, excellent colorability, resistance to cosmetics & household chemicals, high flow and excellent adhesion to polyolefins. Offers vivid color, tactile appeal, soft-grip ergonomic benefits when over-molded onto a rigid substrate, and design flexibility to OEMs and molders. Monprene® CP-10140 by Teknor Apex can be processed using injection-, insert-, and two-component molding. Suitable for skin contact applications and consumer products. Used in grip, handle, cushion, anti-skid, anti-vibration, knob & button applications in such products as writing instruments, sporting goods, appliances, tools, personal care items such as toothbrushes & razors, and flexible or soft items like toys.
