Plaslube® PC CF15 TL6 BK by Techmer PM is a lubricated PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) filled polycarbonate grade reinforced with 10% carbon fiber by weight. Exhibits low noise, reduced slip-stick nature and enhanced abrasion resistance. Improves wear resistance by lowering the coefficient of friction on the surface of molded parts. This results in extended life expectancy, lower power requirements, and reduced noise. Eliminates the need for external lubricants on parts that may be difficult to access for routine maintenance. It can be processed using injection molding. Plaslube® PC CF15 TL6 BK by Techmer PM can be used individually or synergistically. Commonly used in automotive, electrical and consumer durable applications. This includes door-lock mechanisms and seat adjustment assemblies in cars, as well as gears, bushings, and bearings for consumer durable and electronic products.
