Plaslube® PA6 GF30 TL15 by Techmer PM is a polyamide 6 (PA6) resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber and lubricated with 15% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Is a heat stabilized grade exhibiting good wear resistance and low friction. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and can be used in manufacturing of automotive parts like door-lock mechanisms and seat adjustment assemblies, panel bezels, fuel filter housings, business machine covers, disc drive covers, drive components, fuel line clips, pump components and HVAC components. Plaslube® PA6 GF30 TL15 include potential electric and consumer electronic applications also include internal gears, bushings, bearings, support brackets, pulleys, connectors, structural housings, coil insulation, cooling plates, LED lighting components, EMI/RFI shielding components and abrasive wear applications in contact with paper.
