TAITAREX® 861N/B by Taita Chemical is an off white colored, general purpose polystyrene (GPPS) grade. It is a low residual monomer (300 ppm) produced with the state-of-the-art technology from US NOVA Chemicals. Exhibits good transparency, good electrical properties and high heat stability. Offers mold dimension stability, easy processing, good heat and water resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. TAITAREX® 861N/B is recommended for CD-case, electrical appliances, house hardware, cassettes, cosmetic cases, lamp, decoration and toys. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating (file no. E50263) and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1640.
