Kalix® 9950 BK 000 by Syensqo is a general purpose polyamide grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. Is suitable for injection molding application. Is a paintable and platable grade and can be plated with non conductive vacuum metallization or painted with soft touch or UV top coat paints. Exhibits good dimensional stability, good impact resistance, good surface finish, high stiffness, high strength, fast molding cycle, hot water moldability and low warpage. Is suitable for use in components requiring superior mechanical properties, excellent surface quality and excellent flammability rating. Kalix® 9950 BK 000 is recommended for mobile electronics industry like cell phones, thin-walled parts, electrical parts, electrical and electronic applications.
