Amodel® BIOS HFFR R1-145 NT

Amodel® BIOS HFFR R1-145 NT by Syensqo is a partially bio-based long chain polyphthalamide (PPA) flame resistant grade. It is an ideal candidate for non-blistering reflow soldered surface mount devices (SMD). It is produced with 100% renewable electricity, minimizing its global warming potential (GWP) well below the level of other bio-based PPA. It is designed for injection molding applications. It offers high dimensional stability and improved impact properties. It provides low moisture absorption, high elongation, weld line strength and chemical resistance. Exhibits smooth surface finish and colorability. Amodel® BIOS HFFR R1-145 NT is suitable for automotive industries, e-mobility electrical and electronic applications like connectors, circuit breakers, switches and fluid connectors.
