Laprene® NERO 83E29ZA35

Laprene® NERO 83E29ZA35 is a saturated (double bonds-free), recyclable SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene)-based TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade. Elastic phase is made up of SEBS rubber and plastic phase has usually a polyolefinic nature. Exhibits elastic recovery, softness, heat adhesion on polypropylene (PP), high fatigue resistance, high thermal & electric insulation, excellent colorability and aesthetic properties. Also exhibits excellent resistance to weathering agents, ozone, UV aging and chemical agents (bases, acids, alcohols, detergents & water solutions). Moreover, it can be processed using extrusion. Possible applications of Laprene® NERO 83E29ZA35 include automotives (dashboards & artificial leathers in general, trays, spoilers and frames), building (extruded seals for doors and windows, simple and co-moulded hydraulic seals), household appliances (magnetic seals for refrigerators, electric appliances handles, remote control covers, mobile phones covers, push-button panels & shock absorbing protections for vacuum cleaners), sports & leisures (diving equipment (flippers, snorkels, masks), ski pole handles & ski boots) and cosmetics (toothbrush handles).
