SUSTASON PPSU by Röchling Group is a transparent, amorphous natural colored polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) grade with traces of yellow. Exhibits high sterilization resistance, high rigidity, exceptionally low smoke emissions in case of fire, highly resistant to gamma & x-rays, high stiffness, tensile strength & hardness over a broad temperature range, high impact strength, extremely high creep rupture strength – also at high temperatures, extremely high dimensional stability. Has good machinability, good thermoformability, good adhesive properties, good weldability, high dimensional stability under heat, very high continuous service temperature, good electrical insulating properties and favorable dielectric behavior. SUSTASON PPSU is used in medical technology, electrical & electronics industry and sanitary engineering e.g. laboratory equipment, medical appliances and complies with REACH.
