SUSTASON PPSU MG by Röchling Group is a transparent, amorphous polyphenylsulfone [PPSU] grade with traces of yellow. It exhibits very high impact resistance, high resistance to chemicals, high sterilization resistance and high heat deflection temperature. It is used in medical technology e.g. laboratory equipment, medical appliances. SUSTASON PPSU MG complies with REACH and meets requirements as per USP Class VI and DIN EN ISO 10993-5. SUSTASON PSU by Röchling Group is a natural colored, self-extinguishing, hardly inflammable, amorphous, transparent polysulfone [PSU] grade with trace of yellow. It exhibits high rigidity as well as outstanding hydrolysis resistance, extremely good dimensional stability, low absorption of moisture, low smoke development, good resistance to high-energy radiation, exceptionally low radiation absorption in the microwave range, high tensile strength, stiffness and hardness over a large temperature range. It has good machinability, good thermoformability, good adhesive properties, good weldability, high continuous service temperature, low linear coefficient of thermal expansion and good electrical insulating properties. It is used in electrical and electronic industry e.g. coil bodies, switch parts, plug-in connectors, microwave components, medical technology e.g. laboratory equipment, medical devices and foodstuffs industry e.g. milking machine parts, valves, bottling units. Exhibits high sterilization resistance, high rigidity, exceptionally low smoke emissions in case of fire, highly resistant to gamma & x-rays, high stiffness, tensile strength & hardness over a broad temperature range, high impact strength, extremely high creep rupture strength – also at high temperatures, extremely high dimensional stability. Has good machinability, good thermoformability, good adhesive properties, good weldability, high dimensional stability under heat, very high continuous service temperature, good electrical insulating properties and favorable dielectric behavior. SUSTASON PPSU is used in medical technology, electrical & electronics industry and sanitary engineering e.g. laboratory equipment, medical appliances and complies with REACH. SUSTASON PES is a natural colored, self-extinguishing, microwaveable, hardly inflammable, amorphous, transparent polyethersulfone [PESU] grade with trace of yellow. Exhibits extremely good dimensional stability, low absorption of moisture, low smoke development, good resistance to high-energy radiation, exceptionally low radiation absorption in the microwave range, high tensile strength, stiffness and hardness over a large temperature range. Has good machinability, good thermoformability, good adhesive properties, good weldability, high continuous service temperature, low linear coefficient of thermal expansion and good electrical insulating properties.
