Rigolac™ RNC-841 by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is an unsaturated polyester resin. It offers good dimensional accuracy, high measurement, a pleasing appearance, desirable electrical qualities, flame retardancy, and a variety of design options. Compression molding, resin transfer molding, and injection molding are all options for processing it. Precision part applications and bulk molding are both appropriate. Applications involving office automation equipment are advised to use it. Rigolac™ RNC-841 meets UL 94 V-0 and 5V flame rating.
