Reon® 67-11 is a polyvinylchloride (PVC) suspension homopolymer resin. Possesses medium molecular weight, low RVCM level and high porosity. Offers easy processability, low powder mix time and good plasticizer absorption. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, calendering and extrusion. Recommended for flexible products having good mechanical properties and high output rate. Used in flexbile calendered sheets, shoe sole & footwear molding, garden/ suction hose, shower curtain, bloodbag, I.V. fluidbag, tubing, cable insulation and sheathing. Meets the IS 10151 requirements for safe use in contact with foodstuff, pharmaceuticals & drinking water and conforms to IS 10148 positive list of constituents.
