ENFLEX® V1090A BLK UV by Ravago Manufacturing Americas is a recyclable polypropylene and ethylene propylene diene monomer vulcanizate (PP + EPDM TPV) grade. It exhibits weather resistance, elasticity like rubber, high heat resistance, low compression set, good processability, overmolding and blending compatibility with polypropylene (PP).
- It provides weak acid-, alcohol-, base-, detergent-, oil-, ozone-, solvent- and UV resistance.
- It shows good performance of vulcanized rubber with advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing.
- It offers low fogging, very good fatigue resistance and tear strength, self-coloring due to proper masterbatches (MB) and utilized as pre-colored compounds.
- It is suitable for extrusion and injection molding methods.
- It is designed to replace thermoset elastomers such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), polychloroprene and traditional thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV).
- It can be possibly used in construction, appliance, houseware, electric & electronics, automotive interior, exterior and under the hood applications.
