Raditer® BRV 300 by Radici is a semi crystalline polybutylene terephthalate grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Offers good thermal stability, high rigidity, high hardness and good processability. Provides high toughness, high dimensional stability, low coefficient of friction, high stiffness, good mechanical resistance, low warpage, excellent impact strength and low moisture absorption. Exhibits excellent mechanical strength, electrical properties and good heat-, weather-, stress-crack and abrasion resistance. Shows good chemical resistance towards motor oil, alcohol, gasoline, toluene, dilute acids, etc. Is processed by injection molding. Raditer® BRV 300 by Radici is recommended for automotive (door handles, headlamp bezels, rear windscreen wiper arms, pneumatic central lock housings, seat position switches, wiper motor covers and sensors), electrical/electronic (coil bobbins, relay housings, capacitor housings, connectors, circuit breaker housings, and lamp bases) and technical-industrial applications (iron skirts, knobs and timers on oven command panel, oven handles, toaster pop-up mechanisms, body for domestic gas meters, spotlights and in-line skate wheel hubs).
