Cogegum® GFR/365 by Solvay is a crosslinkable halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin (XLPO-HFFR) resin. This insulating silane grafted compound is an ambient temperature moisture curable (by addition of a catalyst masterbatch (Siloplas® method) compound. Exhibits resistance to oil, fuel, alkali, acids & drilling mud, chemical resistance and weatherability. Possesses low smoke emission, low toxicity and self-extinguishing properties without halogendric acids evolution, toxic and corrosive gas emission. Suitable for processing by extrusion and compression molding. Cogegum® GFR/365 by Solvay is used in wire & cable applications such as cable jacketing & sheathing and low voltage insulation. Main applications include railway, shipboard off-shore, fluid-resistant signal and power cable. Complies with RoHS regulations.
