Purgex™ 742 by Neutrex is a high-efficiency purging compound, for polyolefins only, is designed for polypropylene copolymer applications for injection molding of automotive interior trim parts. It is effective on resins HDPE, LDPE, PE, PP-Copolymer, PP-Homopolymer, and TPOs. It provides dual-cleaning action and requires reduced amount for efficient purging and low scrap. Purgex™ 742 is easily removed from the system with the next production resin. Recommended for efficient cleaning of mixing nozzles, barrel, screw, check ring, as well as hot runner systems, and is safely processed through tools with valve gates. It is non-toxic, non-abrasive and safe.
