IP1866 by Ingenia is a polyethylene masterbatch containing purge agents. It is specially formulated with additives and antioxidants to reduce change-over time and scrap while improving manufacturing on-stream time. The film bubble is maintained during the transition.
- It is designed for use in polyamide and EVOH applications to facilitate the rapid purging of the system.
- It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates.
- It is suitable for blown film polyamide purge, cast film polyamide purge, blown film EVOH purge, and cast film EVOH purge applications.
- IP1866 may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.
