Purgex™ 459 Plus

Purgex™ 459 Plus by Neutrex is an extra-strength, multi-purpose purging compound in a convenient, ready-to-use blend of active ingredients with a polyethylene carrier. It was designed specifically for automotive interior applications and engineered for rapid turnaround on color and material changes. This non-toxic, non-abrasive grade has mechanical activity for efficient cleaning, foaming action for enhanced mixing, and a lubricant for easy removal. It thoroughly and safely cleans injection molding machines and hot runner systems. Purgex™ 459 Plus efficiently removes residual contamination, cleans the barrel, screw, check ring, as well as hot runner systems and is safely processed through hot runner gates as small as .030-inch (0.75mm). It is recommended for hot runners, mixing nozzles, check valves, cold runners, accumulators, extrusion dies and melt pumps.
