Purgex™ 456 Plus

Purgex™ 456 Plus by Neutrex is a ready-to-use purge compound blend of active ingredients with a polyethylene carrier. It is engineered for rapid turnaround on color and material changes and efficiently removes residual contamination. It has mechanical activity for efficient cleaning, foaming action for enhanced mixing, and a lubricant for easy removal. Purgex™ 456 Plus is safely processed through dies as small as 0.030-inch (0.75mm). With regular use, it forms a temporary barrier which protects steel surfaces from oxidation, extending the cleaning process. It is recommended for hot runners, mixing nozzles, check valves, cold runners, extrusion dies and melt pumps.
