Purgex™ 3056 Plus by Neutrex is a high temperature purging compound. It is a ready-to-use blend consisting of active ingredients with a polyethylene carrier. It has been designed for color and/or material changes on engineering resins and efficient cleaning of hot runner systems. With regular use, Purgex™ 3056 Plus forms a temporary barrier which protects steel surfaces from oxidation, further extending the cleaning process. Recommended for hot runners, mixing nozzles, check valves, cold runners, extrusion dies and melt pumps. It is non-toxic, non-abrasive and safe.
