Iupilon™ LCH2410 by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is bisphenol-A based, wear resistance improved, reinforced with 10% carbon fiber, polycarbonate (PC) grade. It contains 20% PTFE lubricant as additive. It exhibits heat resistance, optical transparency and optical diffusion. It offers high rigidity, high stiffness and abrasion resistance. It possesses good impact performance, self-extinguishing properties, good precision molding properties and dimensional stability. It shows good electrical insulation capabilities and weather resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Iupilon™ LCH2410 is used in sports equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronic applications.
