It exhibits high luminance, high flow, optical transparency and optical diffusion. It shows weather-resistance, impact-resistance and good electrical insulation capabilities. It possesses self-extinguishing properties, good precision molding properties and dimensional stability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Iupilon® HL-4000 is used in displays, LEDs and lighting applications. Iupilon® H-2000R by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is a bisphenol-A based polycarbonate (PC) grade. It exhibits good mold release properties, high flow, good impact performance, self-extinguishing, good precision molding properties and dimensional stability. It shows good electrical insulation capabilities and weather resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding method. Iupilon® H-2000R is used in sports equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronic applications. Iupilon® MB8700 by Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics is a polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene alloy with phosphoric acid. Ultra-high flowability, heat resistance, optical transparency, and optical diffusion are some of its characteristics. It can be processed by injection molding. Electrical and electronic applications use Iupilon® MB8700 general-purpose housings. Iupilon® H-3000UR by Mitsubishi Engineering-Plastics is a light-, UV- stabilized, bisphenol-A based polycarbonate (PC) grade. It has high flow and good mold release. It is exhibits good impact performance, self-extinguishing properties, good precision molding and dimensional stability. It shows good electrical insulation capabilities and weather resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Iupilon® H-3000UR is used in sports equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronic applications. Iupilon® EMT3150 by Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics is a flame retardant, bromine and phosphorus free polycarbonate resin. It exhibits excellent impact strength, transparency, self-extinguishing properties, weather resistance and electrical insulation capabilities. It possesses excellent precision molding properties, dimensional stability and usability in a wide range of temperature 40-120°C. Iupilon® EMT3150 is suitable for sports & medical equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronics. Iupilon® HL-3503 by Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics is a high flow polycarbonate resin. It possesses excellent heat aging resistance, high transparency, self-extinguishing properties, excellent impact strength, outstanding weather resistance and very good electrical insulation capabilities. It exhibits excellent precision molding properties, dimensional stability and usability in a wide range of temperature 40-120°C. It can be processed injection molding. Iupilon® HL-3503 is suitable for automobiles. Iupilon® KH3310UR is a high surface hardness polycarbonate (PC) resin by Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics. It possesses excellent weather resistance, transparency, self-extinguishing properties, impact strength and electrical insulation capabilities. It exhibits excellent precision molding properties, dimensional stability and usability in a wide range of temperature 40-120°C. Iupilon® KH3310UR is recommended for applications such as sports & medical equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronics. Iupilon® KH4210UR by Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics is a polycarbonate (PC) resin with high surface hardness. It possesses excellent weather resistance, transparency, self-extinguishing properties, impact strength and electrical insulation capabilities. It possesses excellent precision molding properties, dimensional stability and usability in a wide range of temperature 40-120°C. Iupilon® KH4210UR is suitable for applications such as sports & medical equipment, automobiles, optics, machinery, office automation equipment and electronics.
