PRIMALLOY® B1920 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a low hardness, flexible, polyester (base) thermoplastic elastomer. It shows excellent oil resistance, good machine strength at high temperature and good chemical resistance. It exhibits excellent heat-, moisture- & weather resistance and low temperature properties. It is designed for use in miscellaneous daily goods & industrial goods such as pen grip, tooth brush, hand grip, buttons & goggle. It is also recommended for electric/communication such as electric tool hand grip and mobile phone grip. PRIMALLOY® B1920 can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. It can be able to keep hardness under wide temperature ranges. It is suitable for normal molding equipment for thermoplastic. It can be easily colored and easily recycled into itself. It is recommended for automotive components such as door latch, bushing, boots, slide plate, louver and door mirror packing.
