PRIMALLOY® A1610 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a flexible, polyester (base) thermoplastic elastomer. It shows good bonding properties to non olefin plastics. It is compatible with polycarbonate (PC), styrenic resins (ABS, AES, AS GPPS & HIPS), acrylic resin (PMMA), polyester (PET & PBT), PPE alloy (PPE/HIOS) and polymer alloy (PC/ABS, PC/PET & PC/PBT). It is suitable for normal molding equipment for thermoplastic. It can be easily colored and easily recycled into itself. It is recommended for automotive components such as door latch, bushing, boots, slide plate, louver and door mirror packing. It is also recommended for electric/communication such as electric tool hand grip and mobile phone grip. PRIMALLOY® A1610 can be able to keep almost same hardness under wide temperature ranges. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. It exhibits good adhesion for PA6, excellent heat-, moisture- and weather resistance and low temperature properties. It is designed for use in miscellaneous daily goods & industrial goods such as pen grip, tooth brush, hand grip, buttons & goggle.
