jER™ YED188 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a mono-functional, flexible, high performance, alkanol-based epoxy resin added with a diluent. It contains low chlorine content. Exhibits small curing shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability and high mechanical strength. Offers excellent heat-, wear-, chemical-, moisture- and abrasion resistance. Possible applications of jER™ YED188 could be paints & coatings, electrical insulation materials, composite material, civil engineering & construction materials, adhesives and tools. The cured material exhibits improved crack-resistance.
