EP5G-80 is a graphite filled, one-component epoxy (EP) system by Master Bond. Exhibits low coefficient of thermal expansion, good lubricity and good thermal- & electrical conductivity. Provides low shrinkage, good strength, high modulus, compressive strength and good dimensional stability. Offers good resistance to water, oil and fuel. Used in electronic, aerospace, medical device, optical and OEM applications. Other applications include lithium ion batteries, fuel cells and carbon brushes. The shelf life of EP5G-80 is 3-6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA low outgassing specifications.
