Diamond ABS TM-40 by LyondellBasell is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. It exhibits high heat resistance, impact resistance, flexural strength and rigidity & heat distortion temperature. This grade displays good electrical properties, outstanding dimensional stability, good chemical resistance and excellent colorability. It is processed by injection molding. Potential applications include agriculture, appliances (space heaters, thermostat housings, refrigerator shelves, garbage disposal housings and water purification & filtration devices) and automotive (instrument panel supports, rear tire covers, glove compartments, ventilation nozzles, post finishers, consoles and trims). Diamond ABS TM-40 is also used in decking & fencing, healthcare & medical, housewares & household products, lawn & garden equipment, marine and sporting goods. It complies with the RoHS, UL File Number E150937 (US), EC 1907/2006 (REACH) and EU 2002/96/EC (WEEE) regulations.
