Lucofin® 1470 by Lucobit is a halogen-free, flame retardant, impact modified, highly-filled, ethylene butyl acrylate (EBA) grade, containing 17% butyl acrylate (BA). It is designed for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Used in LV/MV cable insulation, semi conductives, bedding compounds, jacketing, cellular, water tree retardant, roofing, WPC, gloves, urine pouches, packaging-, agricultural-, molayer-, multilayer-, heavy duty-, PET-, seal and deep freeze films. Lucofin® 1470 other applications include textile flooring backings, tunnel, landfill, roofing, sealing membranes, garden- & corrugated hoses, medical- & industrial tubing, toys, lids, caps & closures, coatings, insulation tubes, construction- & flexible foams (car mats).
