LATAN 3E71 by LATI is a polyoxymethylene (POM) copolymer. Is a high viscosity resin grade where comonomer units are causally added in repetitive blocks of trioxan. Provides good elongation, thermal stability, higher oxidation-and impact-resistancePossesses high mechanical properties, stiffness, toughness, thermal stability and self-lubricant properties. Exhibits low moisture absorption, good inertness, good chemical- , oxidation -, wear- and hydrolysis-resistance. LATAN 3E71 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Parts made from 3E71 is suitable for applications in hot water up to 80-90°C. Can be used in gears, cams, bushings and in various parts like electromechanical, hydraulic, automotive and other sectors.
