Rubaloy™ - S

Rubaloy™ - S by Imperial Water-proofing Industries is a soft, low hardness, blend of nitrile butadiene rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR/ PVC) in a polymer ratio 60 : 40. It contains a non-staining stabilizer, plasticizers, internal lubricants and antioxidants. Exhibits easy processability and excellent dispersion. Offers excellent oil-, flex-crack and ozone resistance. It can withstand elevated compounding temperatures upto 140°C. Designed for processing of soft extruded profiles. Rubaloy™ - S is recommended very light weight micro-cellular open/ closed celled/ expanded foam/ sponge products like footwear, insulation sheets, sports goods, toys, sound proofing sheets, health-care products, lining, printing rolls and profiles applications. Complies with ISO: 18001 - 2007, RoHS, U.S. EPA TSCA, REACH and ISO 9001 : 2015 regulations.
