POKETONE™ M63AS1B by Hyosung is a general purpose, lubricated, semi-crystalline, aliphatic polyketone (PK) grade. It can be processed by injection molding. It is reinforced with silicone and UV stabilized. This cost efficient grade offers a high limiting pressure velocity ratio, low coefficient of friction and low wear.
  • It provides toughness, moisture resistance and good fatigue performance.
  • It can withstand short-term exposure to elevated temperatures.
  • It exhibits high resistance to hydrocarbons and other chemicals.
  • It has short cycle time and shows good mold definition with little or no warpage and low moisture sensitivity.
  • It is recommended for electrical, consumer appliance and other markets.
